Important Notice

By downloading or using Elements Casino (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. Elements Casino is a free-to-play social casino for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling or the chance to win real money or prizes of monetary value.

1. App Usage

The App is designed for entertainment and general use on iPhone. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ELEMENTS CASINO LTD.
• Cheat, abuse leaderboards, automate play with bots, or attempt unauthorized access to related systems.
• Use the App if you are under 18 years of age.

2. Virtual Coins and Items

Virtual coins, avatars, frames, nameplates, and similar items have no real-world cash value. They cannot be redeemed for money, goods, or services outside the App. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

3. Intellectual Property

All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, logic, text, branding, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by ELEMENTS CASINO LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.

4. Privacy and Data

5. Purchases

Optional purchases, if any, are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, billing, and refunds are subject to Apple’s terms in addition to these Terms.

6. No Medical or Gambling Claims

The App offers entertainment only. It is not a medical product and is not a real-money casino. It should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, or as a substitute for regulated gambling services.

7. No Guarantees

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, continuous availability, or uninterrupted leaderboard accuracy. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELEMENTS CASINO LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes and Updates

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
